actually i got this phone 2 weeks back. used one...2 years old
based on the battery life app high wear level..
So gonna get it replaced.. not sure how long it gonna take.

Sent yesterday to northpoint machines..collected today..intact they replaced it 2 hrs after I sent it..just noticed their email last night..so collected today..yeah they told me based on stock availability and will take 5 to 7 working days..

i want to buy ip6s plus 128gb from this guy, it is replacement set.

i checked both imei and the replacement set (which is VN set) is manufactured on Dec 2015, but original one (which is MY set) is made on (Sept 2016)

why tho apple give old set as replacement?

It is Apple policy to only give refurbished set as replacement. If one is lucky he might get a newer set but usually will be older sets

is it good thing to get older set?

is there any issue later on? and since the vn set is made on 2015, is that means that the unit is rejected, repaired, and stored till someone get it out to give to cust as replacement set?

A refurbished set is repaired by Apple and has to pass through their stringent QC before being released back into the market, therefore the risk is about the same as buying a used set that no longer has warranty.

It's up to you to decide if the risk is worth it.

As long as is refurbished by Apple should be safe. But than no one can guarantee it. It is important to check how much more warranty is left

Nope. I think the phones older than 7/7 Plus were not offered under Zerolution so you should be safe.
