The 2 app battery health and battery life showed different figures : one was 1% and the other 3%

Guys, just curious, is the battery problem also causes connectivity or any other problem?

Shouldn't be..batt problem only causes performance/speed throttled...

Only authorised reseller with service centre ie mac city one utama..retail stores without service centre can't change for u...

No mac city service centre one utama is just an example...There are many other service centre u can get your battery replacement..

Because the connectivity is quite lacking in my iP7+. I’m not sure if it was there before but I’ve tried using the same Celcom sim at Pixel, and the download/connection flies blazing fast. What’s more puzzling, if i tether from Pixel, the app store updates/downloads completes instantly.

Perhaps I will observe and see if phone restore does anything.

I just decided to upgrade software this morning after having problem with my phone (it keeps reupload and turning to locked mode by itself). Though after I reboot it still recurring. After software upgrade this problem solved BUT now I have problem with phone charging. I can’t charge using power bank. It only can be charged if I connect it to socket using the same cable.

I am using iPhone 6s. Do anybody encounter the same problem? Anyway to fix this?

Have your tried to connect the powerbank to another phone? It might be the issue of powerbank? 🙊

Ok try restore first normally it fix problems like these...otherwise u may wanna consider batt replacement, who knows it might help...

The performance "slow down" should not affect connectivity, so says Apple. Yeah, you should try s restore and see if it's better.
