Guys should I upgrade to iOS 11.2 for my 6s plus ? Anyone having issues ?

Other than new features the important thing is that it provides the latest security update. If you favor latest security update then go for it but be mindful as the user experience is very much mixed and especially on older models it might not be that pleasant. Best is to restore rather than doing OTA update.

Yup. Then restore the backup, and you'll be good to go.

Ya, could be related to Apple slowing down older phones. Instead of waiting for the latest update you can also download a battery health app to check and replace the battery if it's indeed worn when Apple's program kicks off next month.
