any1 face issue turnin back on after shutting it down? meaning when I power down my phone and when I try to turn it back on, its really hard....sometimes I will hold the power button for 10sec but it still doesn't turn on. have to try a few times only it will turn on....weird

why is that when I try to update my app from app store, it will download for awhile then stop, pops up an error msg, then I will click retry and continue from where it stop. I need to do this atleast 3 to 4 times to complete the update
