Go to ERL salak tinggi is much better choice, if planning to work in KL

20 Minute Drive to ERL + 30 minute From Salak Tinggi to KL SENTRAL = 50minute only.

actually what the actual progress of the non-toll flyover now, 1 month ago i ask the GC SA, he very honest to tell me it was just in proposal stage only, as the land they want to build the flyover is "someone else" land, so it take time to discuss with the owner.

From this video 2:22, the cyberjaya link started at gamuda cove side. I think they negotiating for the opposite land.

Personal pov: if they spent the money to mobilize borepile machine and started the work at this side, mean they are quite confident to acquire the land opposite. Just maybe with a higher price.
*not GC buyer but interested in their new launch

But this is one of the point that convinced me to go for GC instead of TPG area

How is the frequency of ERL? Saw from the websites is about 20 minutes during Peak Hour, right? I think your calculation exclude the frequency of the ERL, right?

i think we can totally forgot about the public transport thingy d.
when people use public transport, mean they dont have their own transport.

the Cyberjaya MRT / ERL Salak Tinggi all taking super long time in travel just to the station itself (20~30minute)
not to mention both station is super outskirt too.

I am not really agree with you about your statement ..."when people use public transport, mean they dont have their own transport.", most of the peoples take LRT/MRT, they drive to the Park & Ride station, if they late to the parking place, once full they have to park illegally outside of the parking space, means many peoples own car even they take public transport.

This limited type very hot selling during previous launch Enso Woods.

proposal stage means on paper. no physical involve.

go to youtube type "gamuda cove" then u can see monthly progress until latest shot 16/10/2022

The other side of ELITE highway is under (MPS). so far no progress on the cyber side. I believe its approval issue.

If not mistaken, the land on the other side of ELITE is belong to PKNS, so need to settle with PKNS then submit to MPS.
