Overprice issue here, depend what you are looking at

For investment, why go with high risk product yet market is over supplying now?

For own stay, as long you can afford why bother so much on pricing, getting the best value or cheapest psft house but stay in not happy with, whats the point?

Below 700k for intermediate in this area is fair price... Beyond that... Better look for mature area

When I compared Palma Sands and Enso Woods, i feel that they cut down some facilities. Btw Enso Woods is gateless phase, the smallest size is 20x65 which smallest size in Palma Sands is 20x70. So the cost should be less a bit, right? That's why the starting price in Enso Woods is lower.

For potential buyer who interested to place booking, here is my advise :

1. Find your referrer before place booking. Referrer detail MUST submit upon placing booking. Gamuda very strict about this lately.
2. Find valid referrer which is existing buyer with GL Friends membership.
3. Its always the best if your referrer is your future neighbors (same project).
4. So many buyer who already sign S&P and never heard about referral benefit. SA will keep quiet if you don't ask. End up the just burn the benefit.

I'm early bird buyer for Enso Woods project with valid GL Friends membership.Those potential buyer who want to claim referral fees, kindly pm me. TQ

Reading back, what do you guys anticipate on the traffic issue since there is mainly one tolled entrance and exit to Gamuda Cove and the highway is already jammed up now even before a single house is VPed in Gamuda Cove. How many folks here are working in KL/PJ?
