That hospital was initially planned to be handled by private entity, so they built it with basic infrastructure only.
But some last minute decision they decide to convert it to Govt Hospital, so the AC might take some time I think.

was it really plan to be private initially? all the while i thought this is supposed to be Gov since during Covid, they took equipments supposed for Cyberjaya hospital and send it to Sg.Buloh Hospital rite?
and after that only came the news about privatise it but end up still gov hospital.
cant help it with this u-turn gov. lol.

Our Experience Gallery here at Gamuda Cove today was abuzz with delight and excitement! A crowd of enthusiastic guests made their unit selections for our latest Japanese-inspired Garden Terrace Homes.

We received a rousing response from the public who were eager to get their ideal lot. Congratulations to the new home owners and we can't wait to welcome you to the community!

Seems like they started to clear the opposite land for cyberjaya link road. With this progress the road maybe only able to complete around 2025/2026

From authorities permit application, piling and pier (substructure), launching beam, road works, I don’t think can be complete in one year time. Unless gamuda dump a very heavy budget in acceleration cost which is very unlikely.

But still good to see they fulfill their promises of this cyberjaya link.

They expedite the Splash mania as its a main attraction here. Expected to be open to public by Q2 2023
It could be a catalyst for Gamuda to sell more house and commercial here.

What’s the price for waterlily? If over 2mil I think really quite hard to sell since township not mature yet. A lot of alternatives with that price

One example is Eco Forest. Theres parking but no one uses it. Theres management but issue is not managed immediately or at all.

The owners were dissatisfied with the behavior of outsiders who tend to park at the road side next to the Eco Forest Park (open to public, playing kites, picnic, etc).
The outrage was due to the fact that there are actually many empty parking at the shoplots next to this road, there was no action from the Eco Forest management to push these outsiders to park at designated parking.
Traffics were terrible at that point of time.

Haha this.
Went there and the shoplot parking are literally empty. No cars, nada.
Yet these people choose to park roadside because it's more convenient for them compared to crossing the road
