My brother's a purchaser, he mentioned that already started paying progressive interest for the last two months, didn't elaborate on the amount though.

depends but i guess u should priorities kitchen area. if got budget, should really go for aluminum type.
kitchen cabinets 20k-30k
tv console <10k ( i got mine 12ft with glass display cabinet for 4k only from UCO)
lightings and fan <5k (go get from house of lighting in puchong)

others are good to have if u got extra to spend,
awnings 10k-15k (strata title, u got limited range unless MO allowed for full range)
security mesh 10k-15k
plaster ceiling (g floor) 10k (i honestly just skip this and install those aluminium corner profile instead, to make it similar feeling, only downside is hide wiring requires creativity)
