lol kesian u got lemon car, i bought a 2nd hand conti car diff maker but same 2.0l turbo same 2011 year as ur car 2 years ago n drove above 200kmh many many times before but my car still ok until nw  for ur car it looks like the previous owner got the same error and quickly sold the car to 2nd hand dealer , n u took the bait  |

Am in the car line and most agreed that A4 is a great car. But once the warranty ends, it will cost a bomb to maintain it.
If it must be an Audi, better get those with Aisin gearbox or the CVT gearbox. |

My father's A8 really problematic. It's only few years old too. Recently air suspension of front left side failed while driving, car was almost on the floor lol. Quite scared of VWs and Audis now.

A friend of mine also suffer gearbox issue like u. Happenend when he tried to reverse his Audi A5. The cost to replace around 12k-15k. Luckily still on warranty at that time

Dunno bout audi but for peugeot that day kena gearbox malfunction cannot go above 3rd gear, pump full full error cleared by itself. TPMS also failed and found a specialist to turn the system off since the sensor cost RM600++ for a single wheel

2nd hand conti cars are usually bad investments, and Audi's service is notoriously bad (now has improved abit) after warranty make sure you find a good mechanic that can service it. My 5 yr old q5 is still ok but the first two yrs was a nightmare when it was eating up engine old for no reason, had to overhaul and it took Audi glenmarie 3 months+ to get it fixed, they even refuse to acknowledge the problem initially.

Kesian lemon car.
My 20 years old skyline no matter how i trash how change wrong spark plug misfire like sht low oil pressure still 200kmph engine still strong like fck. Its like bulletproof. Got one time i change wrong gearbox oil and ran it for 40k kilometres then change still no fcking problem. Rb engine japanese godzilla mmg bulletproof. Ayam not lying. True storeyz. Buy used car coz of brand.. most important the brand logo stuck on car still intact. as for internal condition....... they're gonna age like other less branded vehicles.
At least if grounded /failed to start... its the brand logo that still managed to turn neighbours head as they walked by or peered over the fence. |

i think most local people don't know what it takes to maintain a continental cars, that's why you see second hand ones are so badly used, it all depends on how the owner take care. See me your good Audi at very good price i will still ride it any day, but i doubt it's possible that it's good condition and you want to sell at the same time.

Find a good boss who understands your problems and have lots of annual leave. You can also request for MC from the Service Center. Audi used to have an issue with engine oil consumption. Not sure which engine is yours. My friend's 2011 A5 consumes engine oil like crazy. Need to top up every 1000+km.
Then sensors go awry. But never had gearbox failure before. |

Bottom one is the facelift? Also bottom pic tachometer only has till 6000rpm, which is a diesel version. Not sure if B8 A4s had a diesel model as well. That 4 spoke could also be found in the A6 Hybrids
Anyway the interior didnt really age well imo, the new B9 is vastly better. New A5 Sportback damn gooding worr. Good thing it is now officially being sold here |

Used to own a 2010 A4 B8 1.8, sold it 2 years ago. during my 7 years ownership of the car the only problem i had with it is "makan" engine oil, every 1 month or so have to top-up. Other than that no issue with the car

The TS"s problem is mechatronics failing, very common problem at 80k-100k mileage. The part cost around 10k+ to replace. All German brands become money pits after 5 years, so far out of the big 3 German brands Audi gave me the most problems, mechatronics problem, water pump failure, radiator puncture, front wheel arms rubber fail, fuel injector problem, oil seperator problem, even the radiator fan can break lol. 8 years old, got rid of it after the repairs.

Most conti cars start showing problem after 5 year. Dual clutch is normal..most of the time the spring inside the clutch spoil...sometime mechatronic. ...I replaced my gearbox spring since clutch still alot ....cost about 1.8k....and this is after 250k km.
For me, it's worth it. The feel of driving the car....Vs driving a myvi...is heaven and hell......no way can go back driving cheapo Jap or local....eventbo now my car value only 30k...it produces 390nm of torque on dynojet all coming at 1800k rpm.how else can I compare ...want to buy car also..same feeling above 200k...calculate monthly and insurance....I rather just dump money into my car.....it's old(12 y old), dash rattles....only 2 rear speaker works, go over pot hole feel like go into earth quake coz of the loose internal dash stuff.....but 390nm bruh......once go there, you never go back |

I dunno you people why always complain car here not good, there not good. Padahal I drive and use like normal its all fine.
So Audi or whatsoever all use for LCLY and resell value visit? Then Blame me dai-lan-ngong for using the car until I'm done with it before I sell it for shame-to-talk-about-prices. Maybe I'm not a human I guess. Human are born to waste then complain later rite? |
