Most of the markets were bleeding heavily.
Even good performer JAPAN and TAIWAN stock exchange drop more than 3% and Taiwan's stock exchange we're the worst performing. Same goes to USA. Some sources saying that the worst is still there and might continue. Maybe inflation fear? Overvalued tech sector? Profit taking? Is it going to be same as march 2020 or even worse? Finding a better opportunity to invest more. |

HI friends,
In managed portfolio, will they show the asset allocation or will they update the portfolio's holdings regularly which they buy and sell funds. Will they adjust the portfolio according to the market movement? How efficient they are as they are collecting management fee on quarterly basis ? How can we calculate the profit or loss ? Is it same as "STASHAWAY"? Is the MANAGED PORTFOLIO'S UI DESIGN user friendly? thinking of invest in managed portfolio. TQ This post has been edited by ganesh1696: May 15 2021, 09:13 PM |

2021 seems to be worst in economic growth.
Global Equities are extremely volatile. Crypto markets are getting hammered as prices are influenced by ELON's tweet on BTC. "maybe" And CATHIE is spoiling my arkk holdings (affin global disruptive innovation fund=(-25%) ,but still she is bullish on her stock picks. Malaysia's equity continued sell-down by foreign funds. I'm continuing to DCA my funds. Let see how it goes in future. bye. |

QUOTE(yklooi @ Jun 12 2021, 12:41 PM) ganesh1696, Hi, unknown to alot of things about you that are related to investing,...... may i kay poh abit by posting something from my POV of as a non qualified advisor... as per your 8 May posting .... in EUNITTRUST you have Affin Hwang WS-Global Disruptive Innovation Fund(MYR Hedged)=-8.50% in FSMONE, you have Affin Hwang World Series - Global Disruptive Innovation Fund - MYR Hedged=-16.25% as per your 11 May postings, you have 24% of it in your portfolio These allocation % is obtained through continuous DCA during arkk's price dip which began since mid FEB 2021. since 11 May till 10 June ,...this fund has a returns of 7.66% and i think for the 11 NAV, it will add in another 1% may i suggest that you try to observes or take note in the near future for the probably of the need to review your transaction history of your purchases during price dips since FEB,..... if those purchases had made money,....take out the capital injected by switching them to Affinhwang FI funds but leave the profit inside..... this action will (i think) reduce your % of holding in this fund so that you will have more bullets to top up without having to increase the % of allocation in it. FSM has credit points so that your next switch back from FI will not have SC. looking at this article Published on 09 Jun 2021 ,... "ARKK’s doubling down on some of its risky bets, coupled with a number of changes to its portfolio, ARKK updated its prospectus, removing a restriction that limits how much it can invest into a single company. , could potentially result in an increased level of risk for investors. It’s time to switch out of ARKK." https://secure.fundsupermart.com/fsm/articl...digital-economy I've read that article in fsm sg as they are suggesting to switch out of ARKK & BLACKROCK NEXT GEN TECH FUND.. Unfortunately I've invested in both funds in malaysia AFFIN GLOBAL DISRUPTIVE FUND & AFFIN NEXT GEN TECH FUND. Once they were profitable, arkk fund was almost 20% when it was at peak. Should've sell all holdings at the peak but no one can predict anything. During arkk's dip CATHIE WOOD appears in some businees channels almost everyday and claims her stock picks will be bullish in near "future"(don't know when). She was extremely bullish on her stock Picks. But arkk's downtrend continues. Last month I've trimmed my holdings in affin global disruptive fund at both FSMONE and Eunittrust. Now my current holdings still at loss. In FSMONE at (-11.55%) and EUNITTRUST(-7.85%) as at 11/6/2021 Still deciding what to do next whether to Hold or sell all at loss. Doing some research on some funds. This post has been edited by ganesh1696: Jun 12 2021, 01:55 PM |

Hi friends,
Are there any options to invest in US based index fund in MALAYSIA apart from STASHAWAY. I could only figure out options in Singapore (FSMONE and TIGER BROKERS) Are these platforms safe and trustworthy enough to invest in ? As I am residing in Malaysia, and I don't have any bank account in Singapore . This means both deposits and withdrawal will be charged high fees. Anyone have invested in US based index fund eg: VOO(Vanguard 500 Index Fund ETF) apart from (STASHAWAY MY & SG). share your opinions. |

QUOTE(yycclin @ Jun 30 2021, 10:14 AM) Happy morning, Hi,Finally can see Affin Hwang WS Global Disruptive changed to Green now.. Ganesh, good for you ARKK has turned green now and my affin portfolio turned green after some top up and few weeks ago I trimmed my holdings. Holdings on both FSMONE and eunittrust are green. But not sure how long this trend goes. Or it's temporary? Thinking of disposing all affin global disruptive at no loss. Considering Franklin Templeton US Opportunities (MYR) fund and some European funds. Remain neutral on CHINA funds. Deciding to buy now or later as there are many rumors saying that stock market could crash? Don't know whether the market will crash or "major correction". So confused. Will decide in few days. |

Hi
My Am China A Shares dropped more than 7% in two days. Half of my profit wiped out. First bought at JANUARY 2021 at almost ATH. Then, bought at recent dip somewhere around MARCH 2021. Last week planned to buy some "A SHARES" funds, but luckily I didn't. I think other Chinese funds is gonna bleeding to worst. Thinking of top up at this dip, but not sure of when it'll hit the bottom. For time being , considering not to withdraw any Chinese funds at losses. I missed the chance to top up Rhb shariah china focus fund (5.6%of my entire portfolio) and am China a shares(15.38% of my entire portfolio) during the dip. Thought the Chinese market will go downturn for quite some time but my prediction gone wrong.
Principal greater china is likely not performing at all. Gonna switch to principal China direct opportunities. Also thinking of affin hwang China A opportunity fund. Manulife India is doing good. Will top up. As their economy is in recovery phase. This post has been edited by ganesh1696: Aug 8 2021, 07:49 AM |

Hi friends,
Can anyone please share their opinions on FSMONE managed portfolio's return per annum as per advertised by FSMONE. They are advertising their managed portfolio's return between 9% to 13%, where we can double our initial investment within 7 to 8 years. Have anyone experience the profits that they claim. How's their performance past years except for 2020. Is it satisfied with their performance. I'm looking into invest a little in managed portfolio as passive income. ![]() This post has been edited by ganesh1696: Aug 31 2021, 07:48 PM |

QUOTE(yycclin @ Oct 14 2021, 10:40 PM) Losing hope for AHWS Global Disruptive Innovation Fund, waiting for it to equalize ( currently stays at -6.13 % ) will be switching to RHB Shariah Focus Fund or United Global Quality Equity Fund... my affin global disruptive fund YTD.am China a shares and affin next gen tech fund is down almost 10% each. Some malaysia and india funds have reduce my portfolio's loss. Those three underperforming funds are heavyweight in my portfolio. Almost 50% of my entire capital. ![]() This post has been edited by ganesh1696: Oct 15 2021, 02:33 PM |
