yes higher bracket u win more. like if my income over 100k, then any extra income is taxed at 24%. So let say after 9000 rebate 2500 rebate bla bla, my income is 130k. so 30k still at like 24% bracket, then i buy PRS rm3000, i instantly no need to pay 3000x24% tax which is around rm720. Instantly i get rm720 due to my investment, so my ROI is like 720/3000 x100%= 24%, and not yet include the return i got from PRS.
If ur bracket is low, yeah u still can do PRS, but u dont benefit too much from it.

i went and have a look at most msia fund, indeed all laosai like mad and KGF is as what yklooi said, not the best but definitely not the worst. Currently only fund like EI Equity Income Fund has positive YTD for now.
See today market ok or not i pump some in..

i think KGF now not really tied to small cap, becos small cap yesterday drop 0.5-0.6% but KGF can up 0.3%.
Btw IDS flying, 6% up in 1 week..
