Preliminary Algozen™ ver four reading for Aug 2017 period:

1) IDS is rejected in favour of KGF. Most likely explanation is Algozen™ ver four algorithm is program for risk reduction.

2) Selina reits    is selected in lieu of Manureits. Reason is probably the same as point (1). Also, the fact that Manureits has 52% concentrated in one single country makes the concentration risk unacceptable.

3) In lieu of RHB Total and Emerging market bond, she now chooses RHB Income fund.

4) The usual favourites: Ta - GTF, India, Esther bond      all make the cut as expected.

5) China specific fund makes the cut for those at higher risk portfolio. If you have aggressive appetite, China can be part of your portfolio. Max = cap at 15%.

To recap, this session of consulting  Algozen™ ver four was to answer is Safi good as part of a portfolio? Is Manureits better than Selina reits? Does china specific fund has a place in a portfolio?

This round, Algozen™ ver four gave a very clear indication that the sweetest spot aka the best risk to return point is at the 14% per annum level.

Now that Lim Tze Cheng is no longer fund manager for IDS, is the fund still looks attractive? Or KGF is a better choice for Malaysia exposure?

Most of Malaysia operated Fund are not allowed to invest  to China Stock directly.

If look at stock holding of that "Greater China Fund", they are holding HK listed (like Sunny Optical, Tencent) or USA listed (alibaba, JD.com) China Share for China Exposure.

For example, Eastspring Dinasti has 0 Shang Hai listed / Shen Zhen listed China Share.

In the other words, China Stock have very limited impact on NAV up / down.

Looks like Esther Bond was hit hard by the strengthen MYR
