i would say "yes" it is a good time to buy...just allocate the % that is comfortable to you in relation to the portfolio....

The nearest I can think of is most reits are having XD date. When XD come, price of the reits will drop. But the weird thing is Manulife is not dropping  :confused:

If you are a 11-20yo millennial and already saving up and investing, Kudos to you.
It's just interesting to know what age groups do the people like Xuzen, Ramjade and Avangelice belong to. So that you can compare this to yourself at your current age and get a grasp at  whether you are ahead or behind your peers.
Much like comparing the performance of a UTF to another of the same market segment.

ya i m aware of that too, since i had paid the service charge for 5.5% initially, and the agent is my very close relative.. and I manage to turn lose to profit this years after I actively manage the fund since end of 2016(was negative 5% , currently around positive 3%) not a bad yield too.. so i will keep it 1st, but I dont think i will further invest in PM anymore

both these funds are heavily dependent on currency conversion rate. if myr goes up the funds go down.

No. Ponzi 2 woke up because of USD strength. Sweet time of low USD is over. USD start to gain power again.

With ponzi 1 30% amount in malaysia,  it mirrors KGF and Eastspring. All 3 stagnant.

just a note...
if Esther Bond for e.g. seems to be slow and steady and doesn't really go up a lot during a downturn. So its not really suitable for this scenario that it shoots up to prop-up your portfolio during a downturn.....
Libra Anista is even slower than AFSBF

I think the exits are not big enough to cause any permanent damage. The interpac funds climbed back up 1.55% and 1.25% respectively today.
