Either 7800X3D or Intel. 7900X3D and 7950X3D does not work well with games.

Radeon pricing is coz AMD Msia smoking really strong stuff, in USA and other First Worlds Radeons are priced one tier below Geforce so they give more value with faster raster but slower RT. Here Radeons are equal priced so there is really no reason to get one unless you hate Nvidia or the Geforce model you wanted is out of stock.

For 2K, just upgrade to 5800X3d is more than enough, The higher reso you go the less that CPU matters as long its an 8 core.

IF just for gaming 7800x3d. Ryzen still have cross CCD latency even with x3d. In games 7900 series are actually slower. Then get nonAsus X670 mobo

If can send to shop for them to try swapping motherboards or cpu and not expensive can be worth to try. Or if don't want to send to shop maybe can try lower the clocks by 200mhz see if it is still crashing. My cousin's 3600 had alot crashes and now worked fine after lowering 200mhz on cpu clock.

I just think it's better to find ways to hold on a bit longer for the new generation ryzen or intel, both are months away.

5600x to 9800x3d not much upgrade I think. Better wait for better GPU to replace 3080. Play 4k or 2k?

You can get that price from Viewnet, but need to bundle with the X870 motherboard, i bought a set weeks before.

Which mobo did you choose?

I dint check ALL it , I only check viewnet price , I think they can bundle any mobo they got , u can check their FB ask for latest pricelist to check
