Ok found the issue.
The MSI command center was set to that vcore.
change to default auto and now is fine.

i notice that i cant make any changes on bios.
probably all changes to be done in this msi command center.

hi guys, need some input on a mid-range ryzen 5 build.
currently on an upgrade phase.
my PC is more used for multitasking (dual screen), multiple firefox tabs with javascript open), with discord and maybe adobe PS open at the background. add some light gaming (dota2 and such.. nothing fancy)

about 4yrs old now

was considering between the 1500X and the 2400G (price points look similar)
if I add in a GTX1060 card or a RX580 card, should I take the 2400G over the 1500X?

I like Idealtech pricing but they do not have ASRock Mobo listed.

I am hoping a place like Idealtech which would help build for free and also get everything with them.
C-zone, Viewnet etc seems high priced.  Any recommendations? Preferably with credit card installments.

I need recommendation on RAM, have been advised by Goldfries to get 3000mhz above running dual.
Can a single 8Gb 3000mhz run at dual? I don't really need 16GB.
Whats a good stable Ram brand to get so to avoid the problem i read that ram speed not running optimal? Apacer seems to work for some.

Stupid question. Dual channel ram means 2 strip ? So in this case I need 2x8gb 3000mhz minimum?
