You can give cooked chicken meat... Even tuna fish is also ok but without the mayo lah. Give once a week will do since high protein source. Fruits, you can give everyday... but you must limit them. 1 tiny piece a day would do since too much fruits can lead to diarrhea.

Oats, give only rolled oats... not those instant quacker oats.... also, cannot too much since oats can cause impaction in the gut and can be painful.

Ants can be dangerous... what you can do.... for me lah is I get those herbal ant repellent from certain hardware store(My dad bought so I am not sure).... then I spray around the cage, no ants would come.

Another tip would be wiping the floor with white vinegar... just pour some white vinegar on the floor... let it sit for a while then wipe it clean... But wipe using a dry cloth... or put white vinegar in a spray bottle and spray on the floor but no need to wipe, let it evaporate by itself. Ants dislike white vinegar.

Ah, it is not suitable for syrians normally. The drawback of this bottle is it makes an excellent ladder and chew toy.

That is a normal thing to do. Hamsters where lah got thumbs like us? So it needs to use its mouth to throw or pick things up. Your hamster also does that but without you knowing. Also, every hamster eats back its own shit for nutrition purpose.

The vitamin, you can use any vitamin drops as long for small animals and not for guinea pig.... guinea pig got extra vit C inside...

Mealworms you need to feed them some sawi or carrot once a while... they need to be on a bedding of oats to survive.

Plastic bag? Sure lah die.... please search back for the mealworm thread.... there got ways on how to care for them. Mealworms can last for weeks... till they become a pupa and turn into a beetle...

Mealworms will die and smell like rotten fish if they are kept in a closed container with no ventilation.... also, if you feed bread, make sure the bread is stale hard bread and not the fresh soft kind. The fresh ones will let out moisture which can become humid in the container, killing most of the mealworms and turning some of the mealworms moldy....

Always keep in a well ventilated container with some oats.... Oats is a good bedding coz can be eaten and also won't release moisture like bread thus keeping the mealworms dry and alive.

As long the cover got lots of holes is ok lah. You can keep mealworms in the fridge... not freezer ah.... in fridge, it is cold.... and cold will make the mealworms sleep and slows down their growth. You can keep mealworms in there for a month without pupas or beetles hahahah.... if put freezer sure die lah.
