I finally found a workaround to install APK on stock headunit. You need a laptop and USB Type A male to male cable to push APK because the android inside the headunit is very basic and don't have package installer.
Here is the steps:
1) Go to system>tap kernel version multiple time then a numpad appears, type 7085 and press OK, a menu with Chinese character comes out these are service menu I believe, from here you can 'Enter system setting' (bottom leftmost) to check whether USB debugging is enabled (mine is enabled by default, don't know why).
2) Press back to the Chinese menu, press the 'Master-Slave mode switching' (second row, second column) so the USB now in slave mode so it will be detected by laptop to push APK. You can plug USB type A cable now to head unit and laptop. You need to install ADB and USB driver just like when you wanted to plug your android phone. You can open command windows and type 'adb devices' and you should see the player now then you can install it via command 'adb install <name of apk>.apk'. Make sure the APK you trying to install support android 4.4.2.
3) The installed APK doesn't appear on default Saga launcher but there is default launcher you need to press on the Chinese service menu on 3rd row 3rd column translated 'Return to the main interface' and the launcher there shows all the installed APK. I already installed Angry Birds Classics for testing and it works, old MX Player works too so I can watch video while driving now without the need of CANBUS whatever that costs hundreds to bypass handbrake detection.
I made a simple video without audio for anyone wanted to try it
