I am on VIP20, but my options are:

1. Get HyppTV Family package, or
2. Subscribe to Webe and get RM10 discount

These options are really sucks.

Unfair promotion and infrastructure for Unifi js unavailable for my area . Thank you surprise is unfair treat to streamyx user compare with Unifi user .
1.streamyx paid more price compare to Unifi in term of the per mb download and upload .
2. Service of Unifi unavailable in my house area.
3. Some streamyx user got the promotion of rm88 for 4mpbs for some state .
4. Charge for the billing if late .Rm30 for service indoor .
5 unfair promotion and misleading for hypptv . Bundle mean basic channel only
6 never inform there is term of 24 month .

i have a feeling this is only gimmick for next election.
after that win liao, cancel "broadband improvement".
then the webe offer....complete wtf.
also when tm show this to skmm/jibby/gomen whatever la, i wonder if they tell ok here look "we give 10 ringgit discount to all non-upgradeable customer" which is make sense. consider "ok la". but in reality, the add "webe subscribe at rm79" as additional requirement to be eligible. wtf again

It's quite simple really.
10Mbps gets upgraded to 20, 30 to 50, 50 to 100, those who can't be upgraded gets their billing downgraded to the lower plan. That's all I ask for.
Personally speaking I don't have any use for the hypptv pack and webe offer, it's like giving rubbish to me.

F tm. My house got upgraded to 100 but my other account for my condo they refused to upgrade to 50.

You can complain to MCMC and CFM but not sure it will really matter. Or you can downgrade to 50mbps package with penalty RM200 and get the free upgrade later. But before you downgrade to 50Mbps make sure you can get the free upgrade 1st.

Technology limitation since condo using vdsl2.

I know one long time unifi user paying 199 for 50mbps.
Now he's getting 100mbps!

So basically they only f**K up the users who applied before speed upgrade was announced and for 100Mbps Pro not getting free speed upgrade. Am I right?

I applied unifi online on 26th December and installation happened on 8th January and when key in my data into thank you surprise page it said check back on 1st March.

I upgraded during the promotion period because they promoting speed upgrade everywhere on their page, if I don't get this sh!t gonna rage like hell at their Cyberjaya TM Center for false advertising

-then got free upgrade to vip 10 with no fee increased
-got a call from tm that i entitled for adv 30 with additional 10 ringgit commitment with total 159 per month not including gst

2017

i key in my account for tm suprise i got 50MB

one of the stupidest move by tm

i changed to unifi10 when i staying back in KL in 2015, couple months later got the upgrade to 30mb with RM179(w/o gst).

now 2017 the surprise package is hypptv and webe, so im not entitled to free speed upgrade anymore?
