actually, they came and test the speed using speedtest, it recorded around 80 - 90Mbps which they said is normal.
i'm not satisfied since i heard other ppl said, old modem can't deliver 100Mbps so i insist they change the modem. fortunately after changing modem, the speed can reach around 110Mbps.

nope it is included as free upgrade.modem+router

router is tplink ac1200, modem i think normal unifi modem (silver color). my old modem is black color

BTU is life-time warranty. So it has no market value.
For free upgrade, the existing contract with TM will not extended and renewed. So if your equipment get replaced, the old equipment belong to TM and you will not get a renewed/fresh warranty for new equipment, the 12-month warranty for new router follow the previous warranty period.

But change new BTU can get better speed. Means old one got problem or incompatible.

Haha ac1200 really cannot support 100mbps?

I using ac1200 for 50mbps just nice only 7MB/s.😄😄👍👍

My house is using Aztech homeplug 500Mbps, after changing it to Aztech 1200Mbps, I can get 100+Mbps download speed now.

Thanks to the gigabit ethernet port on the homeplug.

rclxms.gif after a long long long waiting. finally, i got a free speed upgrade from 384kbps to 1mbps. i only discover it today, while i'm download some pdf document, see the downloading speed it's a 1mbps speed. speed test confirmed it's 1mbps. and double check on online portal, yup! free speed upgrade. Now, TM did the right thing.

Just received an automated call from TM that asked me to press 9 for more information. Unsure scam or not, so I didn't bother to press, just in case I get some reverse billing. Old telephone, can't see the caller number.

I called 100 and they informed me about the decommissioning of Streamyx in USJ and Sg Long only.

I'll wait for official letter.

Sorry, to be precise, that call was about them terminating my Streamyx. Supposed to press 9 for more info.
