the current place i staying was bought from developer direct.
guess need to do some reading on auction unit procedures.. doh.gif

Random coincident that a unit beside this sold unit is now available in lelong market as well. Different owner.

Reserve price RM527,525

Get it at reserve price now. See the above unit for a good example why and what happen then.

400psf get uoa quality, good for own stay. Yesterday only went there dabao tk egg tart

Developer units still available selling.
Auction unit if fall below 500k i guess competition will be tough. Best to get at sub 500k pricing.

any latest news from this property? what was the launching price for the 1019sqft unit? anyone knows? 500k?

i am looking for the 1019sqft ones... but a lot are selling above 600k and some only 1 carpark which is just sad...
