Hmmm, then is possible owner bought back the unit by using a proxy maybe. That's the only logical explanation someone wanting to buy at 700k.

Didn't know there are many 1,262sf units ending up in the auction. Thought buyers of those unit sizes are mostly own-stayers with only a handful of investors. Unless a lot of investors also bought this type of unit. hmm.gif

buying for ownstay i guess. maybe wanna save that 59k for own reno then ended up scare losing it then bid till 620k.
