Please PM #Hotlink again with all your details as requested. Please try to PM tomorrow .

Usually you will receive a case reference number for your request to change plan to Hotlink Bagus. You will get a reference number if you request is taken into consideration for change of plan.

You can check your plan with EasyMenu *100#

I've successfully gotten one of my number changed to Bagus last November with no issues. Like you, I was given a case number shortly after providing all the info and proof of residency overseas. Few days later I was informed in PM and via SMS that the plan has successfully been changed to Bagus plan. The staff, Dexter attended to my case and was very helpful.

Yesterday, I requested for another of my number to be changed to Bagus plan. Once again, I provide all the details and proof/reason. This time, Andrea replied to say that I'll need to contact them after 3 months, have minimum RM50 in my credit balance and provide proof again. Hence, I did a top up but was rejected once again because my "activation date is less than 3 months". I've no idea what the activation date is. I assume it's the validity expiry date because Andrea mentioned the activation date is on 25/7 which is also when my validity expires. I've once again top up to extend the validity to 22/10 but was still rejected. #Hotlink replies to me now is basically "Sorry, please contact us after 3 months".

So I would like to know if any of you guys here who requested for this change of plan can explain what this 3 months wait is, because Hotlink isn't giving me a proper explanation.

The 3 months is calculated from the date you register the number, not validity. You can check the registered date with the CS by calling the Helpline.

Your account must be at least 3 months old before able to process change plan to Bagus. This is a new requirement for change plan to Bagus.

So check if your number is already registered 3 months old with the Hotlink CS.

Andrea mentioned 25/7, meaning you registered on 25th July. So my calculation is that 3 months after that, 26th. October only can change plan.

My number has been on Maxis for over 10 years. I had changed it to Hotlink since November 2016 and have been using my number on Hotlink Fast plan all the while for the past half a year. My number has clearly been active for more than 3 months with Hotlink. Thanks for explaining that the account has to be at least 3 months old to be able to request for the change. At least this now makes sense. Maybe you might want to include in your first post what are the requirements to be able to get the plan converted to Bagus, including proof of living/studying/working overseas and minimum credit balance of RM50.

I don't know why they got your registered date wrong. Should have been a straight forward change to Bagus plan for your number that is over 10 years loyal account with them.

hi bros, i have just renewed for 365 validity and $33 got deducted. New expiry is aug 2018.

do i still need to fulfill the T&C where i must top up a total of $30 within the next 6 mths to have the 365 valid?

May I know on this Bagus plan for validity 365, when you need to use internet, what are the options for internet passes? Thank you!

So for new subscriber, one must "simply" apply for any Hotlink plan first, then wait for 3 months, then only change to Bagus plan? Or we can actually straight away subscribe to a new Bagus plan (for a 2nd number or so)?

Validity365 plan is an obsolete plan and no longer offered to new subscriber. Please note that the request is subject to approval and your plan will be converted to Hotlink Bagus plan once it had been approved. Hotlink Bagus plan doesn't come with any free basic internet or free weekend data. Any usage of data without pre-purchase of data pass will be subject to pay-per-use charges.

Apart from that, we would like to inform that we only offer Hotlink FAST at the moment and Hotlink Bagus is no longer offered. Any new Hotlink number will be subscribed with Hotlink FAST.

May I know the data passes offered under Hotlink Bagus?
I've been using Hotlink FAST since launch but increasingly I feel Validity 365 is useful for me
(It is quite a pain to keep track on validity)
