I've successfully gotten one of my number changed to Bagus last November with no issues. Like you, I was given a case number shortly after providing all the info and proof of residency overseas. Few days later I was informed in PM and via SMS that the plan has successfully been changed to Bagus plan. The staff, Dexter attended to my case and was very helpful.
Yesterday, I requested for another of my number to be changed to Bagus plan. Once again, I provide all the details and proof/reason. This time, Andrea replied to say that I'll need to contact them after 3 months, have minimum RM50 in my credit balance and provide proof again. Hence, I did a top up but was rejected once again because my "activation date is less than 3 months". I've no idea what the activation date is. I assume it's the validity expiry date because Andrea mentioned the activation date is on 25/7 which is also when my validity expires. I've once again top up to extend the validity to 22/10 but was still rejected. #Hotlink replies to me now is basically "Sorry, please contact us after 3 months".
So I would like to know if any of you guys here who requested for this change of plan can explain what this 3 months wait is, because Hotlink isn't giving me a proper explanation.
