REQUEST HOTLINK PLAN WITH VALIDITY 90/365
On January 15th 2017, I requested #Hotlink #Hotlink to change my Hotlink Fast Plan to a plan with validity 90/365 .
PM (Private Message) was sent to #Hotlink with all the required details, who subsequently replied in a short time that my request will be looked into.
I was given a case reference number for my request to change plan. A reminder from #Hotlink was to keep my line active throughout the whole process. This whole communication was all done through PM.

At the same time, I received an SMS from Maxis with the case reference number.
24 hours later, on January 16th 2017, I received notifications through SMS that my plan was changed to a plan with the following rates:
*Call rates to any Hotlink/Maxis numbers at 24sen/min & 5sen/SMS.*
Upon checking my account information through the EasyMenu*100# , I found out that my account was successfully changed to Hotlink Bagus WM !
With this plan, I am now able to purchase validity 90/365 !!

I'm posting this to show my gratitude to Hotlink/Maxis for their kindness in allowing the change of plan. This is also to inform those interested in changing plans, that it is possible to do so.
To those that require the Validity 90/365, submit all your requests to #Hotlink .
Submit all your personal details through PM only!
(Do not post your personal details in public for all to see!)
PM can be done in the Desktop Version.
The details required are as follows:
1. Full name
2. NRIC/passport whichever is applicable
3. Mobile number for the request
4. Alternate mobile number for communication
5. Last top-up (Date & Amount)
6. Reason for the request
To those that successfully managed to change your plan with Validity 90/365, please kindly come back to post here to share that you successfully got the Hotlink Bagus WM.

Please make sure that the number that you want to change plan has already been registered at least 3 months.
If it is less than 3 months, please wait until it is 3 months old, before you request for change to Bagus plan.
Require a minimum RM50 in credit balance.
