REQUEST HOTLINK PLAN WITH VALIDITY 90/365

On January 15th 2017, I requested #Hotlink #Hotlink to change my Hotlink Fast Plan to a plan with validity 90/365 .

PM (Private Message) was sent to #Hotlink with all the required details, who subsequently replied in a short time that my request will be looked into.

I was given a case reference number for my request to change plan. A reminder from #Hotlink was to keep my line active throughout the whole process. This whole communication was all done through PM.
(You can PM #Hotlink on Desktop Version)

At the same time, I received an SMS from Maxis with the case reference number.

24 hours later, on January 16th 2017, I received notifications through SMS that my plan was changed to a plan with the following rates:
*Call rates to any Hotlink/Maxis numbers at 24sen/min & 5sen/SMS.*

Upon checking my account information through the EasyMenu*100# , I found out that my account was successfully changed to Hotlink Bagus WM !
With this plan, I am now able to purchase validity 90/365 !!

I'm posting this to show my gratitude to Hotlink/Maxis for their kindness in allowing the change of plan. This is also to inform those interested in changing plans, that it is possible to do so.

To those that require the Validity 90/365, submit all your requests to #Hotlink .

Submit all your personal details through PM only!
(Do not post your personal details in public for all to see!)
PM can be done in the Desktop Version.
The details required are as follows:


1. Full name
2. NRIC/passport whichever is applicable
3. Mobile number for the request
4. Alternate mobile number for communication
5. Last top-up (Date & Amount)
6. Reason for the request



To those that successfully managed to change your plan with Validity 90/365, please kindly come back to post here to share that you successfully got the Hotlink Bagus WM.

Please share so that others are informed of it through your posting date & time that it still works. Help others be informed by your post in this thread.

Please make sure that the number that you want to change plan has already been registered at least 3 months.
If it is less than 3 months, please wait until it is 3 months old, before you request for change to Bagus plan.
Require a minimum RM50 in credit balance.

I don't think you can convert Hotlink East Malaysia Plan to any plan.
If you want the Validity 90/365, my suggestion to you is to get a new number & submit request to #Hotlink to change plan.

Not sure if there are any charges for change of plan.

Don't SMS ! You won't be able to.

PM means Private Message. You can do PM at this forum . Use the Desktop Version.

Log in & click on your username.
Look for 'Communicate' - Send a personal message
Click on it.
You will see 'Recipients Name' - enter the members name - #Hotlink

Please PM #Hotlink again with all your details as requested. Please try to PM tomorrow .

Usually you will receive a case reference number for your request to change plan to Hotlink Bagus. You will get a reference number if you request is taken into consideration for change of plan.

You can check your plan with EasyMenu *100#

So I would like to know if any of you guys here who requested for this change of plan can explain what this 3 months wait is, because Hotlink isn't giving me a proper explanation.

The 3 months is calculated from the date you register the number, not validity. You can check the registered date with the CS by calling the Helpline.

Your account must be at least 3 months old before able to process change plan to Bagus. This is a new requirement for change plan to Bagus.

So check if your number is already registered 3 months old with the Hotlink CS.

Andrea mentioned 25/7, meaning you registered on 25th July. So my calculation is that 3 months after that, 26th. October only can change plan.

Hope you will get the change plan successfully.

I don't know why they got your registered date wrong. Should have been a straight forward change to Bagus plan for your number that is over 10 years loyal account with them.

You need to have credit MORE than RM33 in order to be able to see the option to purchase 365 validity.
So, you have to topup until your credit is more than RM33.
Otherwise you can’t see it on the apps.
