Boss, honestly speaking I would think that Cradleton would be better than SEH precint 1 but Gentlebre and Tenderfields likely will not or fairly hard to exceed SEH P3/P2.  How I see SEH P3/P2 is that it is like putting the EM's Swan Lake and the gardens into it. Lol and that to me explains the better landscaped public area of EM compared to SEH.  Anyway, for EM I tend to believe (but have to confirm upon seeing the end products) that each precints will be nicely done but the question then is how close / wide the gap between the actual vs the artist impression.

Btw, have you or other buyers lodge any complaint for any significant "mismatch" and how's the response?

If you collect all owners in the neighbourhood  and 90% of owner put their signature stating they buy based on video/brochure presented to them during their visit to showroom instead of the SPA.
To me that's already a case for misleading advertisement.
Let see who the judge will side with?
Option two is for the all the owners to do battle with EW on social media write negative reviews online on their fb page, google reviews, youtube etc
If their future sales is affected, you think they will negotiate or compensate owners?

I am not a buyer here and no plan to buy. Just kpc only.
As long as it is not VP it is not considered as final product.
Just wait for house to be VP and determine the next steps lor.
In the meantime buyers should organize themselves be it in fb group or whatsapp group and be ready to negotiate as a group rather than as an individual.

Got mine red packets as well, IMO SPS is bit dull and EW one is not thick enough.

Afterall still EW is better (judging the design from front & back).

Buyers during VP seems to be very satisfied with P3 SEH landscaping, even though the upgrading works was ongoing. At least i dont see any complains in the thread, i think.

EM no need take full 3 years. As of today, they have taken 2 years and 7 months 1 day 23 hours ans 23mins to construct cradleton, yet the landscaping is nowhere majestic.

No need u to go in and see and feel i also know your answer already.     

Correction. To be fair, only the backlane is not majestic.
Other area will comment during VP, or else wait for more leaked photos only can comment.

Ahh..good that u asked. Btw, it was not SA who told me. I did not know who she was at that time until i see her signature on the letter of offer. But she's so high up ranking in management team now, wont remember small potato like me. Anyway, to cut the story short, 3 year years ago, she told me i can enjoy my evening tea at the back british colonial era inspired theme garden. So, where is it?
