Just check back the DMC...

Grill cannot be installed externally and gate cannot be changed.

However, never mention front door cannot change to security door...

Actually I am in doubt if EM will be so stringent on the main door grill for units that have gate.

Since there are gates outside, personally I don't think putting a grill on the main door or change it to security door shall impact the overall uniformity of the houses.

Mind to share which GnG housing estate is that? Kepo abit..

Gate cannot change is indeed written clearly in the EM DMC, which I believe is essential for uniformity. Just feel abit doubt ont the main door though. Anyhow, using the main door grille design from managment is a good idea too.

If according to DMC, some form of extension is allowed, but must comply with the stated requirements.

Personally I like more fresh air to come into the house as well, as my current practise...

Extension is more applicable to corner/end/SemiD/Cluster lot unit I presume, intermediate unit for most models already fully extended, no?

Finally have chance to have an aeriel view on the Cradleton fountain roundabout and central garden, looks great..

Palm trees are in, have visitor parking area as well.. Super nice...

Seems like Sentral garden is still under construction..

Personally hope that if EM can add in more shrubs and a playground to the garden near to fountain roundabout..
