Earlier I understand that link bungalow (not zero lot) is in their plan and I presume it remains in the plan.

Yilek, only park, children playground and some simple exercise equipment available.

For proper badminton court I think need to wait the sport complex completed by 2019..

Yeah EM has to step up the efforts in pushing through the amenities soon since there will be 2 precints delivered this year. The Chinese school is still on but again no approval secured yet. Sport complex EM is talking to some interested parties who want to come in and not finalized yet.

I am very very surprise Ivoris and Brighton are going to be VP by this year.. Ivoris even earlier than Setia Ecohill Taipan.

Really hope EM leasing team can bring in some good tenants to create the vibrancy.. Otherwise without the SRJK, not sure if there will be people purposely going there even to do grocery.

Have to push EM to deliver Brighton by this year else the MOT will be higher next year (value above RM1M) sweat.gif

Btw Samkor is there pasar malam in SiMonyet area? I think it would be nice if there is one in SEH or / and EM, and make it big as Setia Alam biggrin.gif
But some may claim it may make the place dirty and make the place lower class sweat.gif

What a pity sports can bring the neighbourhood closer (many of us don't know our neighbour) , especially team event, by having basketball court/futsal court/badminton court within the same community is a plus point and also easy to maintain.

Can use as badminton court when not in use.

However there is one behind guard house now (were not in the layout plan) ? The one outside should be no more dy? Otherwise it should be bigg enough as badminton courts.

Not quite.. Precinct 1 SEH got a multipurpose court inside the precinct. Normally only saw those teenagers playing basketball there, using half field. biggrin.gif

That should be the building for management office (and security control room as well) and JMB/MC may hold their meeting there.
