Very good effort and hard-work from the team.
And you on recording and sharing. (i mean gour efforts)

The only things if I really want to comment is probably the 10+15 Tricycle.

Personally I feel quite annoying than every less than one minute somebody almost want to bang you from the back. Especially when more peoples are walking the lake than taking the ride on the tricycle. Many parents with young kids too (including myself).

Anyway, some peoples might enjoy the ride.

I hope you are not making fun of me tongue.gif
The lane is not wide enough so have to bagi jalan loh but seems quite a lot of people esp kids like the cartoon-deco trishaw.

Of course I am not.

The lake are too nice not to walk around.

However certain area could be too dark if no LED decorations...(eg, one iconic bridge that's further away from the show unit). i believe on normal days, the lake would not open at the evening?

About the Tricycles, EW touch up for them before the event? All so nice one?

On normal days the Swan Lake area should be closed at 6pm or around 6pm if I'm not mistaken. I think it's the trishaw owners / company that do the deco gua as those are their assets.

thanks for the update boss..just one silly question, looks like the facilities outside the precinct still not been construct yet..is developer going to construct it or they just provide the lot..
*
Now I understand your question.
Afaik, the lands are reserved for the said purposes as required by the authority during the planning stage. To erect a building for the intended use, the interested party must initiate the process by submitting the necessary docs and get the authority's approval.

I believe my house are the lamp post roll with ZERO trees surrounded.
Left , right, front, back... Nothing, naked.

Now only I realized even one tree is a sky high demand.

Earlier so naive to request about backlane and etc.

Zero trees?

I believe the deliverables have to be accountable compared to the marketing materials.
Hence, the counting of big ticket items like trees, or smaller items are important to ensure accountability.

Speaking of count and accountability, it is of utmost importance especially In the profession of an accountant.
Any PPE that are captured in the books must be accounted for. Hence, accountant always insist on accountability on all items, however small even like beans. Which is why accountants are sometimes referred to as beancounter.

Ironically, one commentator, beancounter, seem to think otherwise.

Just curious, since EW skip trees for Cradleton, for naked house units can we plant tree at own expenses? I dont mind to pay for planting same roadside tree for the sake.of uniformity.

It is very bad move to skip trees. (and not fair) Cheapskate and kind of bringing down.their buyer as I believe most people willing to move "here" are definitely hope for better landscape. Those who love mother's nature. Those who love trees.

I think i am done with Ecoworld.

not sure as its only a brief info that night
just saw stoneridge
starting price from 1.2 to 2.2 mil
consists of cluster, semi d, bungalow
the biggest size is 55x95 or 65x95
so i just assume 2.2mil @ 65x95 as bungalow
but 65x95 only 6k sqft .... maybe its zero lot bungalow
