Petrol Station reserve land also up for sale now? There are so many petrol stations in Semenyih already (Petronas, Shell, Petron, BHP, etc), not an urgent amenities to have ler.. I would be much delighted if they putting the tender on building the SRJK leh.. It is already 2017 March liao.. Still no news on it? "There are also plans to have a school in the development by early 2017, says Chang." http://www.theedgeproperty.com.my/content/...jestic-semenyihIf EW can push the Chinese School in EM as fast as they push the house launching on all the landbanks, then I give you a like lah..
