Mah Sing M residence 2 project look like having some issue with contractor as required to pay for LAD for 4 months plus their club house and landscaping is not completed upon vpe. Compare with MS, EW is much more better. Of coz someone may want to compare EW with Gamuda.

You are already lucky if you are not 2B and 2C.

When sth different is given it may create controversy / dispute more so if the value or perceived value of things given are not the same and not comparable with the purchase value. I wonder whether EM have thought about this.
