Btw, if the picture shown is the show unit with the actual 15ft wide backlane with the planter box, then less worry that it won't be delivered during VP. The only thing is don't over react when the plant is still at its infancy stage.

I don't know leh. Not sure whether put planter box first then only the cement or how. I think no need speculate lah - should be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel soon.

Bro, you don't pay EM for that. What EM can do at best I believe is that they will pass you the contact of the ID firm it use and then you liase with them direct. If I remember correctly, EM engaged Joseph Lim, a S'pore ID firm.

Heard that the ID that EM engaged not cheap. Anyway, if you intend to engage an ID firm I would suggest that you let them do the coordination and project management- of course you have the liberty to assign certain works to your own contractors (so long as the ID firm agrees to it) but the risk is that if anything happen the ID firm and the contractors may play tai chi to each other.

Maybe developer can consider to offer Air Asia ways of add on package in the future.
Give selection and then see what are the items buyers would like to add on. Example for hot water piping , cheaper and less hassle if we pay them to do when they doing normal piping before concrete and titles.

On the add-on / upgrade package thing, I did raise it during my casual talk with them - not impossible but messy to handle. Probably they can consider it when they launch the premium products for the later precints.

I think whenever we do the reno, the warranty will void for the affected area - unless we want to defer to start our reno after 3 years.

I see... seems to me that this ID firm is a reliable one (based on your experience). Nowadays pretty difficult to find a reliable (and 平靓整) ID firm / contractors. Conmen everywhere.

Bro, which pic? Do you refer to this pic, the grass at the red thing? I can't tell for sure with this pic but I definitely agree with you that carpet grass should be given for the common area for Tenderfields precint.
