What are the chances that they will reject it? Anyone experience before?

Check inside your spam or scroll around your inbox. There should be another confirmation order email. It usually takes awhile. But mine instantly not long after I placed my order maybe due to me ordering at 10am sharp. My Bro ordered like in 10.07am and he received his confirmation at 4pm+.

In my many years of purchases, there's never a case they canceled it even when I abused the system gao gao.

Try search in your email with the same order received number ex. "Order #954029XXXX" to see if there's another noreply email from them. But I do have some situations where the confirmation arrived in 1 or 2 days later.

Yes indeed you are correct the Overwatch TE version doesn't have the proprietary 7.1 virtual surround sound engine USB device included hence the price difference. Without the 7.1 device they are both identical in term of performance. So assuming if you already had the Man O War 7.1 and get the Overwatch TE Man O War, you could transform it to 7.1 with the said device.

Currently only these games "CS:GO, Overwatch, Dota2, Paladins & League of Legends" can let you earn zsilver. But must launch from Cortex. 3 zsilver per minute of gameplay. Max limit perday is 900 zsilver. So everyday must play 5 hours.

Guys i have bw te 2013 if not mistaken. As the cable can be detached, it loose by now, sometimes a bit movement of keyboard make it disconnect. Need to attach/detach few times then can use the keyboard again. Just now it disconnect, i try to attach/detach several times but to no avail. Idk whether the cable is kaput already or my keyboard. Anyone experience this? If my cable problem, got ppl sell replacement cable?

If not mistaken it's a type A USB to Mini B USB cable. Replacement can still be found in most PC shops. It's either the port has loosen up after years of usage or wires in the cable is disconnected which is highly not possible. Get a cheap replacement cable and try it out first to see if it still works.

anyone here using deathadder elite? how was the durability? thinking to get deathadder elite cause the design is nice, smooth and slick. i used to use the first version of deathadder but only lasted less than 1 year then double click issue appeared, a bit worry to buy back a deathadder..

Few months ago I just switched to the deathadder elite. I like the additional dpi buttons just below the scroll wheel as well as the groves on the scroll wheel and the bigger surface of the teflon feet for smoother gliding. So far used for almost 3 months plus so didn't have any experience on the double click issue that often happens. Built quality wise for me is much better and premium compared to the older models. Sensor wise I can't feel much difference compared to deathadder chroma apart from the 10k dpi vs 16k dpi since both also optical. I never used such a high setting so not much to say on that.

Calling all sifu..my deathadder side grip came off..i just e-mailed razer support but no reply yet, any idea where i can get replacement parts just in case? Thanks...

did you bought it locally or via razerzone web store? warranty still available? As far as I know it's hard to find a replacement rubber side grip for the deathadder. I only can find scroll wheels, side buttons, teflon feet and cables. Best to wait 24-48 hours for a response from razer support. Your other best bet is sending it over to banleong to request them to send over to razer to replace the part.

if its no longer under warranty, can use super glue to stick back? just suggesting.

bruh, if uhe wanted an fast solution and easy solution he would totally do that. But i get it if that deathadder means alot to him and want to restore it to its original glory, as i have experience like these myself with my Steelseries product. But sadly i dont think you will find any good restoration shop in Malaysia. Therefore i suggest why not change and tryout new mouse that the market has to offer currently.

hi guys, have one question, i took my mouse and keyboard for warranty. the return unit feel like having issue on the button. some of the key for the keyboard is not smooth when key in and key up, and for the mouse, right click also feel unsmooth sometime, should i take back to warranty again? sry for my bad english

what is the initial issue with the mouse & kb before sending for warranty and where did you send it to warranty?

when you mean that it's not smooth when key in and key up do you mean which clicking the key switches has some sort of stiffness or they get jammed while pressing it?

Mouse click feel "not smooth" can elaborate further? harder to click? click not responsive or register as a click every single time click?

Keyboard: 2 key LED No Green color, others color okay, others key okay (chroma)
Mouse: middle scroll button double click

After warranty: Keyboard Key "1", "tab", "W" when u press, no issue, but after u release, it feel like the key will come up slower than other by 0.002 second maybe? is like minor stuck. just for some key.

I just wanna share a very pain experience I had to connect a Razer Orochi mouse wirelessly to a Macbook/Pro

GUIDE: How to connect Razer Orochi wirelessly(Bluetooth) to Macbook and Macbook Pro
TIME REQUIRED: Approx 30 minutes
STEP 1: Install Xcode from App Store, approx 15-20 minutes if you're using fast internet with around 100mb/s speed.
STEP 2: Download Additional Tools for Xcode 8.2.dmg from Apple Developer website
STEP 3: Go to Finder, open Xcode packaged contents, copy paste files from Additional Tools for Xcode 8.2.dmg into Applications\
STEP 4: Change Resources\ folder Sharing and Permissions to include yourself
STEP 5: Launch Bluetooth Explorer using Spotlight
STEP 6: Nothing will appear because Bluetooth Explorer does not have a default window, go to Devices on the Taskbar and click Low Energy Devices
STEP 7: Get your Razer Orochi into pairing mode and use Bluetooth Explorer to start scanning
STEP 8: Click Razer Orochi on the Devices list and click Connect

ok, replaced my keyboard now. Everything working fine!
After testing the new keyboard, now i can confirm the old replaced keyboard having key issue.

For mouse, i still need some time to monitor first .

I'm having severe double clicking issues on my deathadder chroma.
Any possible way to fix this ?

Tried it on 2 computers, but no luck.

I know it's an infamous problem and my mouse is out of warranty.

The deathadder chroma actually has some sort of onboard memory unlike the deathadder elite.
So I guess a firmware update might work.

I bought a lancehead TE when my deathadder chroma started showing issues. I guess now I'll have a better mouse at work.

but I thought deathadder elite = upgrade version of deathadder chroma
so suppose to have the onboard memory as well ?

I do called razer distributor in Malaysia, they said only replacement no repair = ask me buy a new one

If yours could be fixed by changing switches, it might be a hardware issue.

Yeah. I too was surprised that the deathadder elite doesn't have onboard memory. It does have a better sensor and 2 extra buttons though.

Hi guys, I bought a Razer Taipan 2 years ago from Vxxxnet. I seldom use the mouse, only on FPS game once a week. I spam another old mouse in dota. So, this mouse is well taken care off.

Recently this Razer mouse is having double click on left click. I haven't register my warranty at Razer. I think this mouse no longer covered by warranty anymore right? Do we have razer service center in Malaysia?

I don't think razer service center would help you fix the mouse. And I don't think there is one in Malaysia.
When I emailed them regarding a double click issue on my death adder, they send me an update file. If that doesn't work, they ask me to buy a new one.

I'm using it on a Mac. So no games, purely used for video editing which I don't need to click frequently.

You need to send it back to SG if there's problem within the warranty. Shipping gonna be a pain in the butt expensive. You could also try sending it to BanLeong to help you ship it to Razer SG but no promises on that as BanLeong no longer bringing in any of the Blades. If they do help you out to send it, it still gonna take quite awhile. So I highly do not recommend getting the Blade if warranty is a very big concern because it's non existent locally here.

Just want to tell users of Blackwidow Chroma V2. Recently I was bought this keyboard with yellow switch. I was facing red LED issue on /, *, 8, 9, 5, 6, 2, 0 on my numpad. I was asked the support team of Razer but they didn't provide a satisfy solution.

I was just googling around then finally found a solution. For those who are using this keyboard, please update your keyboard firmware now. This issue was happened when I set my numpad lighting effect as "Fire".

After I applied the firmware updater to version 1.01, this bug was fixed.

Just wanna share my experience on razer black widow chroma mechanical keyboard experience. Two years ago I bought it from GH. It was offer quite a nice price that time. I was happy when I own it. But I have quite a bad experience on it. I have claimed for Rma because some of the keys colour was not sync with the others and some of the key response issue when I press on it.

It really disappointed me as raser was my favourite. I wasn’t expect razer keyboard has cause me that much rma claimed. In a year warranty, I claimed 3 times. It means like every 3 months, the keyboard need to sent for rma and I need to wait a month for a new keyboard replacement.

Well, I hope that razer really look into this. As a user, the product can’t commit what it has been advertised, it will broke down user’s interest.

this is their programming issue. Razer should take action to update this keyboard firmware to solve the LED issue.

Just bought the Razer Ornata Chroma about a month ago and noticed that some of the keys are starting to lose the "clicky-ness" already... guess the so called mecha membrane wears off quicker than i expected...

Actually I did not do research before decide to buy a Razer Blackwidow Chroma V2, I was began to regret and decided to replace my keyboard to Corsair K70 LUX RGB red switch. Chroma V2 is getting cheaper now, price was dropped again down to RM619 (Lazada). I was bought for RM673.90 at 2 months ago and having bad experience with the seller in 11street. They sent to me the tournament edition, so I was request for exchange. From the date that I order, then receive the wrong product after 1 week, then I sent back to them and request for exchange. Really quite bad experience with the seller at that time. Waste my 2 weeks time to get that keyboard.

So far my keyboard was updated to firmware 1.01 and did not find any technical issue eg LED lighting issue. However, for built quality, I was notice some of the keys do not hold sturdy. I still can moving the keys left and right after press them down. This is just the little disappointed for my Razer keyboard but not a big issue for me.

Anyone having problems with Synapse?

Mine starts upon PC starts, stays in tray, unable to Open for a few months, then finally crashed unable to start when I swapped my DeathAdder 2013 to DeathAdder Chroma TE.

So I had to uninstall and remove all Razer files, uninstall all related peripheral drivers, and reinstall an older version of Synapse. Am afraid to update Synapse as of now, anyone else with the same problems?

I have the same issues, updated to latest firmware. same problem arises after a few months.. disappointed as this is my 2nd deathadder chroma.

I updated via synapse initially but that didn't work.
It was some link that the razer support pass to me that works.

Regardless after 6 months or so. There was another issue with the mouse so I stopped using it.

My other razer product seems to be ok(black widow/blade stealth/orochi/lancehead). So I guess it's really luck.

any mouse alternative that have the same hand/size feeling similar as the razer deathadder? is rival 300 a good alternative?
