Anyone here have experience with Razer RMA/warranty?

My Deathadder V2 scroll wheel having intermittent response issue... sometimes ok sometimes not ok. Have been using the mouse more than 2 years already. Issue started a month ago. Anyone tried dismantling and cleaning? Any good guides i can refer to?

Does anyone know where to get PTFE skates for the Razer Diamondback? (the ori one, not the 5G/2015 model) Mine is actually the Razer ProSolutions 1.6 but it's essentially a white Diamondback.
I know, it's so old. |

Just wanted to share my warranty claim process with my Razer Viper V3 Hyperspeed.
The issue was my left click button. Upon initial click, the button feels like there is something clipping hard onto it. It had additional resistance on initial click. The post travel afterwards is normal. This issue occurs if I leave my mouse unclicked for like 2mins, or every 15-20 clicks. So I contacted my seller, Shopee's official Razer store. They asked me to contact the Razer Support Team via Razer Website. Seller said if it was approved, then I need to contact them back. So I filled in the form and got a response email the next day from Razer. Some questions were asked. ![]() I filled in and replied within 30 minutes of receiving the email. The next day again, they responded with this: ![]() So I contacted the shopee seller. They asked me to send an email to them for customer details and description of the mouse issue again. They replied after 2 days: ![]() I received my replacement mouse on Friday after the my broken mouse was received by them on Wednesday. |
