dual key currently selling 270k++, if manage to rent out 1 room at RM600-700 seem like a good bet.

this weekend only we'r going to visit. so far I heard price is still the same 240k 270k 10%+8% rebate.

bro, we skip this edi, after calculating, the downpayment quite high. this place needs lots of holding power. quite alot of units here besides Horizon. depending on xiamens students alone , quite high competition with other projects up coming soon.

mmm...well to my own oppinion the surrounding population still very low. and many project building up fast. not to say this place is not good , anything heading south and towards klia is coming up. but as I mentioned earlier, lots of holding power.
population spill over still not there yet. it takes cyberjaya to be like puchong , then only can see this area coming up . this is only my personal judgement as u were asking my oppinion.

for now, country's economy etc is very slow. takes a long time for our new government to recover. and expect our property industry is slow as well.

so overall I maybe wrong. you have to do own research. dont rely on Tom dick Harry oppinion here, bro.
some property guru always said...only those who live that area knows the area potential or not. cheers bro

I cancel my booking. Took back my 2500 booking fees. It's better to avoid students rental after much consideration.

few scenario:

same kampung : prefer to stay together as they grow together from childhood.

same courses : maybe 1st years stay hostel, 2nd year they hookup together as a very close gang.

internet fees, electric, water, facility, equitment, cooking all can shared.

this is how it work in my college life.

I had contact xiamen uni student admission department whether possible they will recruit 30k++ student by future, they said not confirm for that, may be after ten year can get 20K but it is not sure. Currently got 3900+ student already staying their uni hostel and another 7 hostel under construction, they estimate their hostel can accommodate 10k student after few year. Bell suite(4-500unit) +the Olive(6-700unit) + horizon suite(1800++unit) total is around 3100+unit at outside around xiamen, is that possible to get good rental or even rent out after these consideration??Even xiamen not confident can get 30k student but agent very confident can get 30k student

From my opinion, Xiamen University can do well in the future...many Malaysians now are looking into Chinese education, and even looking into Chinese institution in China. Even Japan now is considering to open its university. So look east policy will remain a mover to these areas in Sepang.
