their room is small & expensive, cannot choose roommate, if anything spoiled, need to pay theirself to fix it, their food in fridge always get stolen, cannot cook.

if i were the student there, i would choose to stay outside. they not poor too.
1) the olive - stay with my course mate and friends, cheapest rental among all , with personal fridge + kitchen to cook.
2) horizon suite - because cheaper rental than bell suites.
3) landed house at surrounding area.
4) bell suite target for KLIA professional worker, it very expensive.

agree with you that worst case rental will be lower for few years, the owner have to prepare to hold it before it turn positive.

Le HVO just seems like a abandoned project. No progress can see for recent 6 months.

pity the investors here. ratio of housing to students is far too great. high chance of low demand. congrats to the developer for selling the student story

Horizon suites just finish sold out Tower A, now selling Tower B. I just bought 1 unit at Tower A, the property staff told me why the development take so long like no progress.

The Horizontal had over take advantages of Sunsuria. They are not suppose to develop any residential lot in this land, it is suppose to be an open car park for the Horizon mall. Some how, they just do it, after Sunsuria finish sold out their soho suites.

ya lor.. the mall is the most important project for the whole sunsuria city... no mall hard to attract student to stay.

korean beauty mall is under sunsuria, they will only decide to proceed if HVO complete.

Hvo just change to indonesia owner, i believe it start to move again, now is super slow progress.
