I had contact xiamen uni student admission department whether possible they will recruit 30k++ student by future, they said not confirm for that, may be after ten year can get 20K but it is not sure. Currently got 3900+ student already staying their uni hostel and another 7 hostel under construction, they estimate their hostel can accommodate 10k student after few year. Bell suite（4-500unit) +the Olive(6-700unit) + horizon suite(1800++unit) total is around 3100+unit at outside around xiamen, is that possible to get good rental or even rent out after these consideration??Even xiamen not confident can get 30k student but agent very confident can get 30k student
