I thank God that the items i need to purchase is not available in Ikea Cheras, hence i went further to Damansara branch for purchase.

Ikea Damansara delivery called one day earlier before delivery as promised. The next day, they even arrived 5 minutes earlier than the delivery time.

If you asked me to rate them, i'd give them full 5 stars!

I am opposite. The stuff i wanted only at cheras so Went there on weekdays, to save time . Waited for 25 minutes after i take my queue num , and there is juz one customer b4 me. This is a far cry from ikea kd, i just wait 10min despite being 5th in the queue.

Fckmk ayam also kena today
Been waiting since morning but no news at all!!
My slot is between 9am - 2 pm but until now no one show up!
This is my 2nd delivery because they “accidentally” sold my ordered item
And the worst part is, my family will be coming tonight and my house like wharehouse now because they can’t install my furniture last time as the oversold item is the crucial part
Been trying to reach their CS for the past 1 hour and no one pickup!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I think malaysians should learn how to diy.

Learn something useful that can help you and your family during zombie attack or apocalypse.

And invest in some tools.

Basic plumbing with wrench. A set of screw drivers and hammer. Basically those stuff learned in kemahiran hidup.

No offense. this post is not for you entirely.

Cabinets and drawers I can do, have a few of them in my house, however fixing kitchen cabinets and sinks is beyond my skills as I am an executive and not a blue collar worker which many buyers of IKEA are in that category. No offense but not everyone a kB warrior like you, talking shit about zombie apocalypses, too much video games, kid!

Yup. It was cheaper for me the rent a buddy's lorry. Installing bed frame and other furnitures was fun. Felt like playing puzzle.

Wow, didn’t know it was that bad. I bought a bed and mattress at ikea cheras this month because the bed wasn’t available in ikea md. Managed to load the stuff into mpv and then self install. Lucky didn’t pay for their delivery and installation service which was my original intention.

well ...... i had twice bought from ikea cheras ..... delivery is rm80 and picking the items is rm25.

my experience is : before payment, checked the delivery date, if agreeable then pay.

i rate my experience "A". The three fellow Malaysian Indian youth are the best i have ever come across. Courteous. They called before sampai rumah.

may be your experience need to be highlighted with ikea.
