Had issue with Digi in the past hour. Couldn't use waze as no connection was detected. Tried to surf the web but poor speed even though I'm on 4G. So I switched to H+ but the problem persisted.

Now back to normal though

Hi, wish to know is there a bug with DiGi billing payment? There is an unbilled amount of lower than RM 100 (I subscribed BB 100). I believe it is for the 1st month of pro-rated bill.

When I want to make payment for that amount, there is no bill available and show RM 0, I can't make payment while there is an unbilled amount show there. Is it I have to wait for next billing cycle?

anyone here having issue with digi network? totally no connection.... can only call out.... but internet is not working... i been restarting my phone many times already.....

u can temporary solve by swap btwn 3g and 4g untill u can get connec sad.gif
