There is a network issue at least for last 2 days with Digi in Subang Jaya area. Reported to Digi yesterday (BB) CS gave the standard reply that they get back to me within 48hrs. Very unstable can't connect to WhatsApp but alright with other messenging apps. Have browsing problems too. Some news website is ok and some not. Is this a common problem with Digi and any other place having this problem too?

It is also for this reason I have multiple telco devices in my household. I learnt my lesson when all of us were with Maxis.

i have NO problem in the past few days and months for Digi. but i was in KL/Cheras/PJ area. except maxis fibre is giving problem,but CS keep saying no problem.

Ya recently i having the same issue as well. My phone totally cannot connect to 4G whole night despite the screen shows 4G is there. Weird. There is one time last saturday even worse, totally cant make calls and data

I didnt have any connection issues (Subang) ...hmmm will try out later tonite during pokemon hunting!

my line also unstable for the last few days. Wechat video can't load at all. Today seem better a bit.

is it just me that digi have problem with whatsapp network? keep getting notification that i might be got new messages.

after change to celcom line, i got a lot of whatsapp messages coming in!!

revert back to digi, got another notification...again, back to celcom, there were a lot of whatsapp messages for me..ZzZzzzzz

Yes my wife and I are having the same problem. Digi CS said they are having network problems. Have you made report to Digi?

not yet. will do so if the problem still exist until tomorrow.
i hv 2 digi lines, prepaid and postpaid...no problem on prepaid and on my celcom.

It depends on your area. Get a prepaid card to test.

I guess really have to port out Digi after my contract ends since it's getting worse in my area, unlike when I first subscribed last years, used to get 10++Mbps even on Saturday nights but now can't even get 1Mbps, too much congestion huhu.

Complained or reported to MCMC?
