Hi, I am just MNP-ed to digi prepaid best. I have a question about the capture app. I gained 30GB free for capture app for storage. I tried to search for t&c about it and came across to a part where it states there's an expired date for the 30GB. but the information is quite confusing. Can anyone clarify it for me about the expired date thingy? Thank you in advance

I just called CS. VoLTE need to call in to activate it. And now my xiaomi mi max can show VoLTE but cannot make any call. Need to do few test.

From Digi FAQ.

The extra storage will expire on 30th April 2017. What happens after that?
You will still be able to see your photos and videos in Capture, but no longer able to upload new ones.

I am a little bit of surprised to see this. As when I checked the FAQ just now, this FAQ that u mentioned is not listed there,
instead I found this one,

Will i continue to enjoy the extra storage after promotion period?
You will lose the extra storage once the promotion end. However, you may purchase additional storage from the web shop through Capture.

When you activated VoLTE on Mi Max can make call?

What test do you mean? Is VoLTE working in Xiaomi Phone?

Received "Server Error, try again later" when calling on VoLTE mode.
Switch off VoLTE, then can call on 3G mode.

Edit: Okay, found the problem. I can't called customer services number on VoLTE when do testing. Call other number on VoLTE no problem.

Even iPhone7Plus too...When call their cs number it will switch back 3G... That mean ask CS activate the VoLTE on Mi ohone is working right?

i asked digi live chat just now, they say digi cant support volte on my mi max at the moment....

Can see the VoLTE on top signal bar area.
But when calling, did not show HD icon.

Same phone use Umobile line call out, it will show HD icon. Tried Yes LTE too, it should has HD icon on VoLTE mode.

my phone have no VoLTE showed but when i call ppl got HD icon...means got?

So in the end MIUI or Mi phone support Digi's VoLTE?
