My old best v1 has freebies 1GB valid 7 days.

Unfortunately my AMBB70 and BB100 did not received this freebies.

It is little bit delay to received notification about freebies on BB account.

Finally Digi solved mydigi issue, I am able to view all my accounts with single login.
Previously keep having error when link my accounts.

DIGI 78 was retired.
Now the closest plan is DIGI 80, 10GB+(2GBpromotion till 17th Mar) + 10GB Weekend data.This plan is unlimited call plan.

You may walk in to DIGI store and ask any discount if port out from other telco. Last time DIGI did offer RM10 discount for 12months if you port out from other Telco.

How many devices can I connect using the Hotspot Pass?
You can tether your Hotspot with a maximum of five (5) devices at one time.

The infinite plan may not eligible to apply family "Internet share" plan.
But if you apply supplement plan like RM38, you get below.


From their FAQ,

"If I switch to this new Digi Postpaid plan from the old plans, will my calls and SMS to my supplementary lines still be free?
Yes, your calls and SMS to your supplementary lines will still be free."

Yesterday just dropped few questions to one of lowyat E5186 seller.

When call coming or outgoing. The line will drop from 4G to 3G. Within this switching, expect data line will drop/disconnect.
If set 3G permanently on router. Do expecting the data connection will be quite slow when making call.

I didn't ask more about E5186 support VoLTE. Because i know even your device support VoLTE, there are some other requirement need to be done. Like my phone support VoLTE but never get it from Digi.

Wow, really? First time heard this. Saw Digi website only status iphone and huawei mate 9 support VoLTE, so i never ask CS.

My Umobile line can HD call without contact CS. So i assume this Digi haven't ready.

I just called CS. VoLTE need to call in to activate it. And now my xiaomi mi max can show VoLTE but cannot make any call. Need to do few test.

From Digi FAQ.

The extra storage will expire on 30th April 2017. What happens after that?
You will still be able to see your photos and videos in Capture, but no longer able to upload new ones.

Received "Server Error, try again later" when calling on VoLTE mode.
Switch off VoLTE, then can call on 3G mode.

Edit: Okay, found the problem. I can't called customer services number on VoLTE when do testing. Call other number on VoLTE no problem.
