QUOTE(Coconut @ Aug 13 2007, 02:25 PM) snakevenom : how do u get the navfone for free? the smart2go is quite useless without any voice navigation, it does a good job on showing you the route from A to B, thats all. Depending on the phone to bring u to the destination is very tough, it only shows the simulation and doesnt direct you all the way well it was installed in already when i bought it. Added on August 15, 2007, 3:20 pmhmmm now i worry bout updating later the software all gone.. This post has been edited by snakevenom: Aug 15 2007, 03:20 PM

Hey guys, just got my Navi today! Managed to get Route66 and Nokia Maps to work. But why when i use NAVFone, a voice will prompt and say something like 'gps signal unavailable' or something like tht? Besides that, NAVFone has free voice navigation for life? Added on August 16, 2007, 6:43 pmAlso, if we update the firmware, will all the gps software be gone as well? Hey guys, which software is the best to use if going down to Kuatan? I know for free, the only option would be Smart2Go. If i'm willing to pay to unlock Asia Maps, would the maps be better and more detailed with free voice navigation?

The one without it is Route66 but it covers KL only.

Thanks, I read that Nokia maps are the most comprehensive among all maps for Symbian S60. Alternatively check out MapKing for Symbian S60 as well which has just been launched.
