I agree with you too. I sat on my friend's second generation city and the driver seat is not so soft n well supported. I drove from KL to JB no problem. After I bought my new city, the seat is really quite soft and feel less support.

Tend to have butt hurt coz I quite big size. This time I was driving around KL only.

Urs is leather or fabric seat? Try seat pad, maybe it could help to reduce the butt hurt? I'm petite and <60kg, so no issue for me.

I tested both on fabric seat. IMO, the fabric quality really dropped a lot compared to last gen city.

I test drive city, vios Almera last time. Clearly, Almera seat is more quality.

2 years is a long time. They may pull back the program w/o compensation as happened to other brands b4. Deswai I go for full rebate.

Bro, I think we should write a letter to HM and tell them they have this problem. We don't expect to buy a new car to give us this problem. This is the HONDA problem of the seats. You try google even in the states everyone is complaining.

You don't want to risk it especially if you have side airbags.....Replacing with the airbags may gonna cost you a lot

Personally, Ive no probs with my CFL Espec seats except I need to take out my wallet when driving. Although I have some issues with hard edges at rear seats which I somewhat solved.

Fabric seats definitely feels softer and "moulds" around compared to when I tried Vspec harder & firmer leathers.

As for the seats, u can either go for reupholstery to pad up the cushions or replace entire seats (which is more expensive). U will of course, lose the seat airbags.
