You sound like a genuinely responsible mother.
You have back pain. After taking dairy products.

I understand you hate the taste.
Do check your calcium level after 10 months on Anlene.

If you health is still not optimal,
and sounds like you have kids,
let us know how you are doing.

I do not have backpain after taking dairy, I have back pain for unknown reason but drinking anlene reduces it.

Bad news is that at 7 weeks now, I am suddenly lactose intolerant. I get diarrhea after drinking anlene or fresh milk. Now on soy milk and am testing plain yogurt little by little. sad.gif

Correct me if I am wrong, I strongly suggest breast milk, it is the best you can ever give to a baby.

Hahaha.. Please forgive the guy. Maybe he log into wrong forum..

Anyway.. I tried taking Anmum Materna. Too sweet doh.gif

So i stick to fresh milk and yogurt also eat a lot of healthy snacks and ensure balance diet.

I just notice Homesoy is not calcium fortified? What should I do? I get stomach upset from milk now and can't keep the calcium pills down without puking.
