QUOTE(chamelion @ May 24 2018, 09:57 AM) what is wrong with fresh milk? There's nothing wrong with fresh milk, but for my case, I drank 2 mugs daily and yet my calcium level was below average for my age range. Every time doctor see my calcium level, he'll be like, "You hate milk is it?" I said no cause I like milk and frequently eats dairies like plain yogurt and cheese. I like fresh milk's taste over any milk powder or UHT milk, but had since switched to Anlene. I haven't tested my calcium after switching to Anlene for 10 months, but (ok, I don't know if this is connected or not) my back pain is obviously getting better. I will continue with Anlene even when pregnant. Although I must say, I hate the taste. This post has been edited by lowlowc: May 30 2018, 10:25 PM

QUOTE(KoChun1 @ Jun 18 2018, 05:07 PM) You sound like a genuinely responsible mother. You have back pain. After taking dairy products. I understand you hate the taste. Do check your calcium level after 10 months on Anlene. If you health is still not optimal, and sounds like you have kids, let us know how you are doing. I do not have backpain after taking dairy, I have back pain for unknown reason but drinking anlene reduces it. Bad news is that at 7 weeks now, I am suddenly lactose intolerant. I get diarrhea after drinking anlene or fresh milk. Now on soy milk and am testing plain yogurt little by little.

I just notice Homesoy is not calcium fortified? What should I do? I get stomach upset from milk now and can't keep the calcium pills down without puking.
