maybe they will increase cc reload limit since they going to charge 1% fee

also, kple not using mcc 6540 like other ewallets, perhaps good alternative to target promos

the system is indeed unreliable.
wat i experience is it will show a topup failed message.
but after few secs, will receive email topup successful.
when i go to homepage or refresh, the topup amount is reflected and topup successful.

not sure why they show the topup failed message at the 1st place

It's normal. When more ppl using credit card to reload e-wallet, then this 1% charge for credit card reload will be happened. I am wondering if Kiple will follow the bank to implement reduced charge of ATM cash withdrawal or not. Many ppl complain about interbank ATM cash withdrawal fee of RM 1 per transaction. Kiple charge RM2 per ATM cash withdrawal using Kiple physical card.

U mean can reload Kiple with credit card n then withdraw out via ATM incurring rm2 fee?

banks have their own atm and network, they can reduce the operating cost amongst the banks.

kiple and other fintechs doesnt own nor operate atms. they bear all the costs, which i guess would be >RM1

heck, even bigpay charges rm6 for domestic atm withdrawal

reload using cc - imposed 1% service fee

withdraw ewallet balance thru atm (using kiple visa card) - imposed rm2 per withdrawal fee

so, it will not be making sense to reload-then-withdraw. you are suppose to spend fund via app or visa card. not purely for withdrawal which is well-known as "cash advance withdrawal from cc" via indirect method

If not mistaken uob treated kiple pay as mcc 7399 last time but now is ewallet. May i know how about Public bank? Dont mind to share if you have experience on it.

I usually top up via uob evol card 1k to kiple pay to two kiplepay accounts. If not mistaken since Jun 24, i was not able to get my rm50 cash back, email and call got the same answer like kiplepay is ewallet. Anyway, u top up kiplepay but able to get full cash back of rm50?

guys, please don't email to bank if you already know it is an ewallet but yet bank still not yet treat it as ewallet.
please remember evol need spend RM2k to get full RM50, RM15 for ewallet and RM35 for non ewallet

It was ok few months ago, but nowadays i use Panda, Grabfood, Spaylater instead.

still getting evol cb on kiple monthly, 1k ewallet + 1k kiple = rm50 cb
