at office as long using IDM with certain free download link...definitely max speed download.
at home...speed a bit slow especially at night. usually i stream at home.

better yet...you need to inject "booster" as well.

webe user should be happy with "bear" speed capped for Playstore and Youtube, slow and steady mah.
if want Fast n Furious speed, then kindly invest in "Ahem" Premium Account

Do experiment at PlayStore...try all apps...Some Free and Some Free Trial.
Personal Experience..Free one always not stable

but all expensive to buy because of our dreaded RM exchange rates.
your best bet is to get those free promo 1month/3month6month or 1year free trial.

webe to me in KL and Klang Valley is connectable. stable although depending on peak hours especially at night.
Frankly speaking...even Digi and UMobile have same symptom.

at this moment.webe is value for money.

Yes, no line at all inside my house, outside my house and any other place, webe line is good. Only Umobile and maxis got full bar line inside my house.

final bill is important becos it will prorate whatever advance charges charged in Jan bill.

when u terminate, the agent would have told you estimated final bill amount, whether u need to pay or no need (refund).

also, refund will take up to 90 days. I wonder if they will refund if excess amount is small, like RM1 or RM5

I'm wondering about this too since i only use webe for 2 days. Paid RM106 before this and i didn't terminate the line, i just port out to umobile. Activate on 10/01 and successfully port out on 13/01.

I'll just wait for the final bill then.

OK, then even easier. upfront rm106. plus prorated for 2 days. no more advance fee becoz you terminated before Feb bill . that's why u got excess of just about rm100 to be refunded via bank transfer.

it seems their std process. up to 90 days only. maybe earlier also.
