1. Preferred brand : none
2. Budget : 2000-3000 (Max after GST)
3. Usage : Needs to be lightweight, Office Work, Programming, Light Gaming
4. Screen Size : Prefer 13 to 15 inch (Non touchscreen)

Extra note : I dont care about the GPU. A good CPU with decent ram is enough for work usage.
Backlit keyboard is a plus.

2. Budget : 2.5k - 3k
3. Usage : Normal works, movie, music etc
4. Screen Size : 14 and above

1. Preferred brand : none
2. Budget : below 4k, max 4.5k
3. Usage : AutoCAD, games, movies
4. Screen Size : 10" oso can if it performs great! biggrin.gif
5. BIOS : accessible if possible

I'm thinking of replacing my aging VAIO, opening up a small sized autoCAD file is taking ages to load, not to mention random crashes here and there mad.gif

Prefer an above average performing speaker, and a decent screen would be a plus.

Thanks in advance for those suggesting!!! notworthy.gif

1. Preferred brand : Dell, others also can..
2. Budget : Below 2.5k
3. Usage : HDMI to TV for movie/ drama, basic Word/ Excel + Printing and web surfing.
4. Screen Size : 15"

Lets say if future I want to upgrade to a 4k TV, does it means that the GPU has to squeeze enough juice to support?

*Plus if it's light and has a good cooling/ ventilation system.

Thanks in advance!!

go to your local dealers, check the spec list, make sure got hdmi port, ssd, if can squeeze a IPS panel inside, though for 15' that may be out of your budget laugh.gif
