1. Preferred brand : Dell, others also can..
2. Budget : Below 2.5k
3. Usage : HDMI to TV for movie/ drama, basic Word/ Excel + Printing and web surfing.
4. Screen Size : 15"

Lets say if future I want to upgrade to a 4k TV, does it means that the GPU has to squeeze enough juice to support?

*Plus if it's light and has a good cooling/ ventilation system.

Thanks in advance!!

then you better check on your local dealers, buying from online got to deal with horrible warranty support

But I have no idea which is best for my budget and use yet sweat.gif

go to your local dealers, check the spec list, make sure got hdmi port, ssd, if can squeeze a IPS panel inside, though for 15' that may be out of your budget  laugh.gif

ok,

but since you want connect to 4k TV, make sure the model you look at has display port / hdmi port that can output 4k display
*
I see. As long as the HDMI port can support 4k display then no worries already? As in don't need to really study the GPU/ CPU?
